You have to be able to prove to them that the fuel receipts match the odometer that matches your logbook.

You can’t administer yourself, that’s why single or small fleet guys join a large consortium for the ~$100 so someone else takes care of it all

the clearinghouse you can do yourself

    Garmin has a couple.
How is the tune effecting the speedometer? A good tune should have no reason to alter the speedometer reading.

A tuner typically allows you to calibrate the speedometer by inputting tire circumference or height. At least almost every one I've ever seen has given the option.

He has a glider. I’m wondering if they didn’t change the parameters when they installed the engine.

Yeah my fuel receipts do match my log book, but I don't think anytime I fuel that my fuel card asks for odometer readings.

%99 of loads I do(ive only done 2 legal loads all year) are oversized. For states I don't have an annual permit for or load cant run under an annual permit, when I order a permit the miles ran in that state are listed on the permit.

Other states, I stay in the same area and know the miles as ive ran in the same area for 20 years but, I know that probably wont suffice.
