owner operator in desperate need of help

Find a drive line shop! Freightliner quoted me that price in Springdale,AR for a rebuilt chunk put in, the drivrline shop did it for $2200

 

I see, now its starting to make a little more sense. I can understand the position that your bank is in now. I'm not judging you, but merely stating what I think your banker is seeing.

The way he is looking at this is, why should the bank take anymore risk when it is apparent that you are not likely going to be able to keep making the payments, given the track record of your checking account.

It's a tough situation to be in for sure, and I do feel bad for you, but this might be a sign for you, maybe its time to sell the truck while you are right side up in it, pay off the cars, and drive for someone else. Not what you want to hear I am sure, but to provide for your wife and daughter, it might be what you have to do for now.

 

I have no idea if they can help but maybe ooida would have some ideas or know of some agencies that will borrow money for your repairs?????

I have seen where some pawn shops will hold title to your automobiles for a loan.......or someplace like title max. Never used them but may be an option for you.
If you get out of this don't use your operating capital to make advance payments......

 

Until you have a nice maintenance fund built up. Then pay that thing off.

 

Also you could go to usaa if you have a parent or sibling that was in the military.

 

The lesson here is,Dont borrow anymore money..see if you would of paid for your vehicles with cash,you would not be faced with losing them and your livelihood would not be in jeprody..Oscar the KW said it best,sell it all drive company,And never buy anything you cannot afford..I guess its true,the borrower is the slave to the lender,in more ways than one..
