no talked to another driver with him says he's getting ready to leave too, he just hauled loads for him on last week, he finally made him write out a personal check for wages, and not wait on the suppose company to pay

I know of one that is almost on the verge of being collected. I was speaking to someone I know that does collections for a trucking school. They have had a Judgement on a guy now for almost a year. they located his bank and are waiting to see if he deposits his tax refund in said bank. All they have to do now is contact the bank. The bank is watching the account. Freezing a bank account is called a nonwage garnishment you can use this type of garnishment on both tangible and intangible assets. Nonwage garnishments are really the best way to collect provided there is something to seize and can find it!

I have written about working for a recovery company doing truck repos. That company also seized trucks that actually might have had a clear title, but the courts allowed the seizure. It is getting harder and harder now to hide assets.

Look into asphalt haulers in your area. It'd be pulling tanks, but pays rather well.
