    do i need to get the 3 year info from previous employer for the owner operators, or just for the company drivers?

    you can start with 3 and a total of 10 yrs for all jobs or unemployment...most just start out with 3 but dot requires 10 yrs for all commercial vechicle drivers company or O/O...if they were self employed they need a 1099 and phone numbers..
