    Not sure if I should post this here, but I'm seeking an owner/operator to team up with to learn the buisness. I have 0 to 1 year driving experience and also have my hazmat endorsment.     Why don't you learn the business from the bottom-up, like being an employee for four or ten years. That would give you an idea of what is all about.

    Are you going to run Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed??? SW MI is a tough area. Unless you want to run Chicago-Detroit. Yech! Any company can keep you out a long time, but trying to get back home, well thats a whole nother ball game. Do your research. To learn the ropes, you'd be better off getting a Company driver job first. There is a lot of discipline in running your own truck or working under an O/O. And always remember: The dispatcher can make or break you!

    I don't think now is the right time to start your own buisness. you will start today and go bankrupt tomorrow at this time being.

    just my opinion for right now, i just don't think the time is right
