you regulate what percentage a broker can take, whats next regulate the rate a truck can take. regulate you cant pay a truck more than 1.80 a mile so the shippers don't have to spend as much. regardless of individual carriers overhead. if the rate is good does it matter if the broker took a extra %5 if your happy with the rate that you got. if your not happy with the rate don't except the load.

Just what we need more government regulation. If you cant get the rate you want dont haul it you mean you need the government to tell you what to haul freight for. If you really want to fight something ask the government why the keep taking money from the oil companies and letting them keep raising their prices fight to get all the ahole out of the white house thats been there 20 years screwing the american people and giving your tax money to foreiners and people that dont want to work. BUT PLEASE DONT ASK THE GOVERNMENT TO SCREW US ANY MORE THAN THEY ALREADY ARE

To add if the government get involved you figure you will get $7.25 an hour over what it cost to operate so if it cost you $1.35 a mile to operate they will set the rate at $1.42 a mile detention will be paid at $7.25 an hour
