Owner Operators what are your biggest issues now?

Its all the private equity money that has entered the industry... There is lots of money to be made in the trucking and transportation industry for everybody except the ones who actually do the work.

Lol the amount of spam and junk mail/emails/phone calls etc is annoying as all hell

We had one of the girls in the office come in with a summer dress last week, and she purposefully came to the drivers room so we can check her out, but these days you have to keep your comments to yourself or else we might have a sexual harassment suit. You never know………

 

I just ignore them now. Really messes with them when they don't get the expected reaction out of you lol.

 

A year ago, the biggest problem an owner operator had was "where to put all this money."

Cycles. Know they exist, and prepare.
