Yeah I love what I do but I'm with you on if I woke up suddenly wealthy tomorrow. That's time to hang it up for sure. And my retirement would be a custom built W900L "bobtail" RV camper type truck to tailgate in style at every Nascar cup race lol.

My retirement truck is exactly that, my ,379 stretched about ten more feet and rv body thrown on it pulling a stacker full of my crap and just running around the country doing what I want .... Ahh one can dream

I'm really disappointed from you. I remember when you were starting and begging the owner operators for help to grow your business. And now you don't need them. Do you pay your drivers 1099? Second time I'm asking you.

Have you ever employed a driver? And have you ever had an owner operator leased to your authority?

Dude he has said many times he pays his people the right way with W-2. Pays fairly well and keeps lots of his employees.

You are thinking of the wrong person. I’ve only had a couple owner ops and certainly never begged for them. Yes, as others have stated multiple times I pay company drivers on w2 and have actively criticized others for not.

Maybe you need to follow some form of my blocking technique. If I see someone has absolutely nothing helpful or informative at all to say in 20-30 posts I hit the ignore button. Why waste any more time on some troll who has maybe 10% of the knowledge most of us experienced folks have on the topic we are currently discussing? Since it’s not real life I can’t send the man/child to time out so that’s the best option I know of.

What knowledge has an arrogant car hauler, beeing lucky to do a contract freight and laughing at those who struggle? You and those like you have exactly zero positive contribution to this forum.
