Diversity is key. I have a few different trailers. Of course I have property too...so I don't have to pay anybody rent to park my iron. Trailers I have are all paid for, don't have to feed, water, or pet them. Just registration and a little insurance. The cost of doing business as they say, if you want to play...you gotta pay. When the rates on flatbed are in the toilet like they have been this season, it sits in the yard quietly as I use my other wagons. Seasons predict what goes on with me, and I have the ability to switch out as things change.

Holy crap Batman! That’s a house payment on some acres down here. Rv an boat storage is becoming a huge business down here for the refugees from the communist states that buy a house in a hood that has postage stamp size lots. But they are not even charging close to grand a month. They figure its gauranteed money a month no need to gouge.

Lol. I read your post wrong. I thought you were talking about renting a spot to park a trailer. Not to rent a trailer. Lol. I will kick my own butt now thankyou very much.

What year Pete is that in your avatar? Very nice.

On topic though I did see a guy the other day on TTR say it’s $600/mo to park a trailer in CA where he’s at.

‘67 351. The couple that has 173 acres to my right are building a storage lot on 6 of it. I don’t think they are gonna ask that for covered parking.
