Spent 3yrs with them....then BOOM....got rid of me after spending overnite (10hrs down),at Memhis yard. ONLY offered me a 200 THEN a 110mi run,which "we" always had the right to(WE=Co policy for OTR Drivers which I was) turned it down(try and pay bills # .40cpm,do the math). Monday am watched at LEAST(talked 2 them on cellph also)9 of my friends head to Nj,PA,upper Mi on runs)....I get called 2 office (long story short) get thrown bk at me,"Youve been here for a day,economies slow,you shoulda took ONE of those runs,no long runs available"...your fired. How can 3yrs of my life(10yrs exp) just be thrown awayside like that when I LOVE to rack up 3-4100 a wk? PATHETIC. Myfriends ALL with Ozeek could not beleive it...had 3(beleive it or not),offer thru disp to give 1 of them to me...."Friends worth dieing for". SO much more but will stop. Words to wise,was Id say about 790trks(O/O included), and MANY is 5yrs - 20yrs "senority" as a newbie they will make you and your bill collectors happy with the ole wallet runs THEN RandyReality steps in and goodluck. Many other godd and bad about them,I will be totally honest,its family run and the Higgenbottoms dont know what the other hand is doing. Sad. Thank-you

 

200 miles is better than zero! You tie the hands of your dispatcher and you will pay for. Force dispatch or not.

 

3years, way to long. Companies are cleaning house.......

 

Yeah, I agree with ya both.....shoulda just kept taking 200mi runs(80bucks a whack)...shoot i coulda got a 30days notice before foreclosure.
