New carpet isn’t very expensive. 4 States has original sets. It’s a job alright, taking seats, belts, and trim panels off. A wire wheel on corrosion, and a coat of fresh paint. Tide Laundry soap for the carpet if it’s still good.

I actually think the truck always smells amazing after a good session.

That said- Hey OP, ozone is a known carcinogen. So it would probably be recommendable to maybe…not run it in the truck, while you’re in the truck.
The reason ozone can destroy smell causing compounds, is because it’s a reactive molecule.
The very same gas that gets a nasty smell out, by destroying the bonds of the nasty smell- do a great job of ripping complex organic tissues apart (IE: your lung, eye, pretty much any mucosal tissue.)
