looking for any info on P&S . I have a decent job right now just company policy and ways are betting old either way I usually bring home 1k a week now and home most weekends.

I am all set up with P&S just waiting for the word from me but b4 I do I was wondering if anyone has any updated insight . How's the pay? Run? Are the trucks in good shape? Do they have bunk heaters and coolers to eliminate idle . What's the deal with inverters in the truck? And other info would be great I live in NC so I know I'll run the 95 corridors a lot ..

They are a good company. I left in 2014 BC got tired of driving 62mph. Company drivers and lease run 65.. They have freight everywhere and home on the weekends.. I made $1000-1400 week.. Get paid % of load so just tell dispatch that you want good loads and stay away from Texas BC the rates are cheap.

I don't know why you want to eliminate idle. It's your very life in -40 winter storms or your 105 degree Spartensburg Summer next to the smokies when you are trying to sleep by day.

You have some thought provoking ideas in your post.

Inverters serve you well with a house power option for a coffee pot or something. That was how we used our inverter most of the time at cruise speed on good pavement to brew the coffee. Resulting pot goes into a special keep warm container that ran off a 12 volt plug for the remainder of day into next morning. Way better than paying 1.50 a cup. eventually it paid for itself by supporting both of us brewing go juice coffee in the middle of GWB at 2 am in the morning offering a cup or two to the port authority patrolling on foot.

Talk about making loyal friends. You can have the crown jewels. Nothing beat a offer of coffee to a friend somewhere to gain a benefit in return somewhere down the line.

    Airborne Thanks this.
