P style brakes

You should mind your P's and Q's........lol.Seriously though give us a little more what your after. Are you talking Rockwell Q shoes? What is the application? Pictures?

P brakes had straight anchor pins with snap rings. The shoes had a complete eye or circle around the pin. Standard Q's are a direct replacement. Those are the ones with a small hump in the web where the single spring connects. If you replace the cams you will likely only find Q Plus cams. Then you will need the Q + shoes that do not have a hump on the web. That propar stuff is similar and can be confusing. Pictures?

Should interchange with the 4551Q. Euclid shoe identification chart has some measurements on them. The very common 4515 P's and Q's interchange and are on the same chart.

Takes me back. Yeah the ones that are easier to torch off up here in the great north cuz they are always froze on. Never knew they were a P. Thanks BCK.
