This is by far the most illeagal operating trucking company that I have seen in years. here are some examples of P.T.H. Express daily practices. they will ask you if you know how to run multiple log books. if you dont they will be more than happy to show you. And if you thought matching your fuel was hard to do running 3 books. no problem. they will delete evry third fuel purchase from their system. Now this will give you no escuse to run illeagal right ? It better be or you will be fired . oh yes i forgot the best part.... they like to stop payment on your check sometimes , and theres so much more. so, if you like to be treated as less than human, and break the law , your in. I guess any monkey can start up a trucking company theese days.

THEY can do whatever they THINK they can get away with but when DOT comes in for an audit do you think DOT trusts anything a company puts in front of them?
Lets explain it for those who do not quite understand how servers work at lets say ComData or Qualcomm or maybe the phone company. If you have nebver sat through a DOT audit or observed it an IRS audit doesn't hold a candle to them!
This company of yours can delete anything THEY want off of their computers and if large enough their servers. Or shred any paper they want! it's the data trail that will kill them!
When DOT comes in to do an audit they will have put in their hands all BOLs, Then a list of the trailers the company owns along with fuel cards and the monthly statements they request.
The officer then takes a trailer number and they will follow that trailer for however long they want.
They take a load, then the trailer, then the tractor that pulls it and get the logs and the receipts the company hands it. If they use Comm Data they hand them the printout that they get from CommData. As the auditor looks at the log, the route, the fuel sales and matches them to the log then he might see a problem where that truck is getting maybe 10 MPG or better he then opens his laptop and goes into CommData's servers with a government pin and follows that commData card and they WILL see where a stop was dropped. They will also see where some of these drivers that think dropping a load off of his book will show up as well they're following that trailer. They also look at all the payments that come in for each load. They start to smell a rat they will follow those little tell tale pieces of poop untill they find that rat!
Yeah you can look good at a scale house unless that officer smells a rat and they aren't as dumb as a lot of drivers think they are and have caught drivers with a coloring book!
If anyone thinks driving for a company like this is worth it wait and log the way these morons tell you and when they get audited expect to get to help that idiot pay the fines and you also get those oh so wonderful points that CSA will be happy to give you because you let a BFI tell you how to log a false book!
If I were to make it to orientation with these people and they told me here's how you'll be logging I'll be telling them how to watch my arse walk out the door and watch the tail light on my bike as it leaves their yard!
You can be starving to death but do you think any company is paying you enough to go their route into oblivion?

Especially if in this law suit society of ours after you have an accident and they get ahold of those records have fun!
As to the stop payment on my check??? Yeah, I've got their truck and trailer and if loaded that too!
That check bounces the truck stops!
It won't even start for some reason untill I have a COMMCHECK with a good number on it in my hand being cashed at a bank or fuel desk! After a check bounces anything out of their mouth besides a comdata number will be BS!
You stop MY paycheck you DO NOT get paid for that load as it WILL be late or parked in an IMPOUND lot! After they give me the check they better give me the route back to the yard as they aren't worth me pissing on their tires!
OH!
When their check bounces you will get a copy of it from your bank along with the bounced check charges and either a letter or one of your banks notices with the information on it.
KEEP THEM!
You will need them when you rebutt the DAC report they will hit you with as an abandonment or quit under load or whatever they try to slam you with BUT a copy of the check with that stamp from the bank and that letter sent to DAC AND your new company you are attempting to hire on with will make those low life scum bags look just like the pond scum the resemble!Larryparker Thanks this. -
I am guessing you are one of those drivers who got kicked out of this company , because your work was unsatisfactory. We have never bounced a check nor ever thought any one how to lie on log books, or defraud the government in any way. I suggest you put some prove where your mouth is because if you think I can not find out who you are and sue you for bad mouthing my company you are wrong. Your lies and accusations are hurting the reputation of my company, I personally do not understand what exactly is your problem with my company, but I do not appreciated the fact that you are posting false information. -

If you are to make it to orientation, no one will teach you how to do false logs, or delete fuel etc...,
We have sticked rules that exceed 2 pages and work very closely with DOT, all of our trailers and trucks have GPS systems and we do everything legally, it's drivers like this that give bad names to companies. Whom ever this person "truckinwithmomma" is he/she should submit prove with accusations like that. Yes he may not be happy with his experience with us but that does not give him the right to lie, or accuse us of defrauding the government. If he bounced a check he should call an attorney, but since we never bounced a check to any one, and no ones' attorney has contacted us I guess "truckinwithmomma" is laying out of his ##s!
All I can say is: Do not believe everything you read because they are ppl out there who have nothing better to do , but to fill up their free time by posting lies in forums -
There are drivers who don't like to follow rules and that is the main problem transportation companies have. But I am very happy with the changes that DOT has made from this year, now the drivers will get in more trouble and hopefully that will teach them to be more responsible and to do their paperwork on time.Last edited: Apr 21, 2011

According to safersys.org your company has 54 trucks and your WAYYY over the threshold in four different categories for the CSA Basics rating system. So maybe there is some truth to the original poster's comment
