PA CDL permit test

    So i was a student in Roadmaster schooling till i dropped out and decide to go into swift school for half the cost. Now i have my dot medical card but for me to test i gotta mail in a dl 11 form and receive a KTA paper so i can test but when i called penndot they said bring the form filled out with me but on line it says mail it in and wait for the
    KTA form before i can test. why so much hard work to test. Any advice u guys have or was goin to roadmaster better deal ?

    Penndot is a pain in da rear.....call the john yurconic agency and ask them...they know everything and can prolly do the papers for you....hope this helps
