pa going to revoke my cdl not updating my physical

Forgot this after you get straight with your DUI May only find a local o/o willing or able to put you to work or you may have to go it alone and try to become a o/o.

 

My state AR also medical card registration. I been on med leave and my card expired march 2013 I received a letter just like u. All I did was went down 2 revenue office told them I was not driving right now they had me sign a certificate stating that. I was told that when I go back 2 work 2 bring in new med card they will copy it and give me new certificate. My cdl is fine I didn't loose it. As far as DUI u might be screwed for at least 5-10years unless u have a very, very, very,very good lawyer. NEXT TIME KEEP YOUR BUTT AT HOME IF U WISH 2 DRINK. The only job u may get now is spotter trk.

 

joeseph1135 is correct. Remember a DUI with a CDL over the limit is. 04 NOT.08 like most states. So whatever you registered when you blew goes by .04.

 

The thing about is a downgrade is you only have a certain time frame like a year or you have to completely retest.

I don't see why you can't get a physical right now and let the DMV have a copy. Then it might be suspended but not downgraded. That'll buy you 3 years not having to retest.


He said he was waiting for sentencing. Court is already over missj. PA has to follow FMCSA guidelines at a minimum. That's a 1 year CDL suspension. 2nd offense is 3 years.

 

even as an o/o you steal are employeed with a lease that dui may hurt you im not sure about pa but in florida I do know even if you are an o/o you are held to the same as a company driver its there freight and in most cases there trailer as for beating the system you may have had a chance if you would have not done the breath test here in florida a refuseal is the same 1 year susp of licence at least you would not have a breth test score
