Sounds like he's making his post out to be some kind of a sick joke doesn't it?Hes more worried about beating the system rather then not drinking.Driving is a privledge which was abused by this guy.He doesn't deserve a licence.

There is no need starting two threads on the same topic. I merged them together.

I dunno. It might be a troll. It seems like such a setup. I mean, cmon. Someone coming on here and posting about a DUI and trying to beat it? It's just not very believable. Well, I don't want to believe it, but I posted a reply, so I guess that's on me, being trolled like that.

    Your career is not killed......

There's plenty of companies that will give you a chance. And if he's a o/o with his own authority just pay the insurance .......

I unfortunately have 1st hand experience with this issue......... Who wants to work for the megas anyways.

There are two issues, one is the driving drunk which speaks for itself - you shouldn't get your CDL back if it was way over the limit but the other issue is FMCSA mandate for the registering of the physical in the state systems with a broad latitude for the state to collect licensing fees to reinstate the license. I was told by my state that there is no grace period, when I don't have a valid physical done on the expiration date, my cdl is suspended and then revoked within 30 days if I don't contact them. The FMCSA should have allowed us to suspend the license indefinitely and reinstate it when we have a completed physical.

I'm sure being in a big bad motorcycle gang was the reason they hand picked you for a DUI. Couldn't have been that you were DUI and they knew it........ You're from western PA. I guess I'll see you the next time I'm on the Turnpike. And yes, I want fries with that.

no, far from it, lol. but how does asking in you were in a 4 wheeler or commercial vehicle when you were drunk behind the wheel relate to someone working for jb or swift.

see I got my license, never had a dui , nor have I drove while drinking. you are the one with his behind in a crack, getting a good lawyer is the best advice you have got so far, but go ahead with your 99 cent"beat the system plan" , it seems to be working great for ya, I guess when they take yer license you will join a tricycle gang
