    good luck finding a truck doing anywhere near the speed limit also, especially in construction zones. Everyone is in a rush.

    I have heard if you roll across scale to fast it will calculate you as heavy weight. Not sure if that is true but wouldnt surprise me

    Speed definitely affects those scale plates.

    Some days I roll across them empty and get a class 4 ticket, some days it’s class 5 with the same empty trailer.
