    So I received this notice from the Pennsylvania puc.

    I'm not really quite sure what plan I need to have.

    Anyone that has experience with this, let me know how you filled your form out or what it is that exactly I need to do or what they are looking for.

    Well think a year or two I read Harrisburg (the city) is broke financially. I realize a lot of cities are. But with all the geniuses there, that issues would be quickly solved. You know smarter than us peasants. Lol.
