Could use some help from you east coasters. I don't get over to this side of the country very often.

I'm in the Breezewood, PA Pilot on I76 and heading to Oxford, PA. I'm planning on taking 76E over to 283 in Harrisburg, down to US30 in Lancaster, then 41 south to route 10 south, to route 1 south. The receiver has it covered from there.<roll eyes>

Anybody see anything wrong with this route? According to my Atlas there isn't any low bridges nor will I be on any restricted routes. I'm primarily worried about length restrictions. Receiver and dispatch were both worthless for directions. I'm helping dispatch out on a "hot" load with zero room for mistakes. Any help appreciated!

All 100% truck legal. I have ran all, those roads many times. You will be fine.

You should be fine unless there is a detour or something. As a professional driver I wouldn't take random advice over the internet though. If your current Motor Carrier Atlas says you can do it, then go for it. Drive safely!

Day late and a dollar short but thanks anyway.:biggrin_2559: As you stated route was fine.

Believe me, I leave nothing to chance when it comes to trip planning. Coming here was option 7 right before option 8... starting a fight at the truck stop by asking the same question over the radio.:biggrin_2559:

My concerns were, I've had instances out west where a particular route wasn't blackballed in the atlas but ended up having length restrictions by the time I got there. CA299 into Redding, CA for example.

I had already called the receiver for directions but she was of no help in this case.
