well i have to deliver in philly Pa im in central ohio now. toll road will cost me 112.05 as a class 7. its 60 miles longer to run I68 to dc and up I95. i know the hills are a little steeper on I68. and the milage difference. my ? cheaper to pay the toll or run I68 thanks all in advance. i get 6.5 mpg average. and i weigh 74,800

You'll get more like 5 mpg and it will take you roughly 2 to 3 hours longer due to the grades on I68.
Depends. You probably won't burn $112.05 in fuel going over I68, but you will burn quite a bit of time. Those grades are a LOT steeper, they're long and I believe there are 5 of them if I recall correctly. -
ty for the info its been 5 years since i have ran I 68 and just trying to figure with way would be the cheapest and more reasonable

Don't forget if you run 68 - 70 - 95, you'll have the toll on the JFK highway in Maryland, and the toll for the Delaware turnpike. Which are about $40 together I think.

You could exit the turnpike at Carlisle(exit 226), take I81N to PA581E to I283E to US30E to US202N to I76E(non-toll here) into Philly. Saves about $40 and will only cost you 30 minutes if your running it at night.
