PA Turnpike rate increase

    Wow, crazy. Mines 1550 sf. 4.5 acres in the country. I know someone in pittsburgh area. Little lot, old house 6,000 a year.

    Screw the pike unless I'm empty coming from Binghamton empty.
    Westbound from philly ( preffered freezers off packer ave )
    76 to to 202 south to 30 west to 283 north to 81 south to 322 west to 80 .
    Enjoy the ride , scenery and relax .

    Great idea..but not that simple of a solution at certain times, going to certain areas. But we do try to avoid when we can.

    Yep it can be done but one has to weigh the costs vs time .
    Now the 31 to 95 in jersey option is gone too.

    Im guessing the bridges back from NJ are still affordable- (Ben Franklin,Walt Witman,Betsy Ross,Tacony Palmyra) I think they were like $30 last time about 3 months ago I was there.

    They are doing away with toll both employees as well and going to toll by plate and send you a bill in mail.
