Paccar MX 13 Fault Codes

i am trying to get diagnostics for this code. have ran dosing test and valve is spraying good then code goes inactive after 3 test. i then send out on the road and light all come back on and def light flashing. checked wiring and all seam got back to the computer. thank you

It says , all this is for a Caterpillar engines.
I need one for 2018 paccar mx13 with a eaton fuller faom-15810s-ec3 auto shift.

3251-4/P3763 DPF delta pressure low
2791-11- No FMI 11 found- EGR related- suspect EGR derate P1495
3821-11/ EGR derate hard set- P1496
1668-19/P30B3 After treatment1 Intake gas1 Message Low Rate Reception

Suspect DPF, sensor or wiring issue to sensor or pressure tubes to sensor. EGR derates are progressive from DPF faults and require reset with Davie.

Thanks for your response. I have own this truck for 6 months now and always have the check engine light and dpf light both on. I have replaced the following
Dpf filter
Aftertreament harness
Def doser
Inlet Nox sensor
Dpf pressure sensor
Def filter
But nothing has worked at all. Do you have any suggestions, what should I look for now?
