    I just had my dpf cleaned two weeks ago and the mechanic told me not to increase rpm if idling.

    Look up Pittsburgh power shop in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They have a emissions system cleaner. It will clean everything inside the engine. Not sure what it costs but they say you only have to clean the emissions system every 250k.
