If it’s EPA ‘15 or later then the engine will be decent. It will be the updated version. But if they did nothing with the emission stuff I wouldn’t touch it, especially if it was running a blower. If it’s had emission work and a crate motor then I’d give it some thought. My last Paccar had 600k on it when I sold it two years ago and it’s still running around here hauling milk. Current Paccar just turned over 240k last week. I’d order another one in a heart beat, but I wouldn’t consider a used one without seeing every service record for it.
