Hi guys sorry I haven't been around as much. Been kind of busy something happened that I thought would never happen ever again and I ended up in a relationship with a really nice girl my age who, I've gotten along really well with so far and we've been talking and hanging out a lot and it's been really nice so I haven't had to much time to come on here and talk about stuff.

However today I went and donated blood platelets and I had time to watch this fabulous movie from 1988 called Mystic Pizza and every time they were in the pizza shop I was looking at the ingredients and the food products that they had and it's interesting a lot of the stuff back in 1988 was block cheese that would have had to be shredded there in the pizza shop and pepperoni that was the log and would have had to be sliced there in the shop.

Probably all from different sources. Now you can still get all that stuff today, but I was looking and I said now days that pepperoni would all be Hormel brand and pre sliced and vacuumed sealed all frozen in one nice case no slicing there in the shop.

The cheese would all be 50/50 pizza cheese mix either shredded or cube, probably shredded all of it already per-shredded and ready to go and that was just what I could see. It just shows you how different things were back then as opposed to now.
