Next month I am heading to Georgia from Texas for training. At the least I'd be gone for 3 weeks at training, but could be gone for as long as well over a month.
I wanted to get an idea of what you guys pack for being gone for so long. I'm going to have a wal-mart about 2 miles away from the hotel I'll be at, so that helps a bit.
Packing for a month (for the first time)

There's already a 39-page thread about what to bring. http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...-drivers/16652-packing-list-for-students.html

What, no condoms?
It is good to bring your resume, mvr and DAC if you have it. Will make life a lot easier. I would bring one set of nice clothes because you will most likely have a one on one interview during orientation. Try to pack as light as you can though. Especially when going with a trainer. You aren't going to South America so if you forget anything you can get it at WallyWorld!
