In my time driving I know of about 6-7 cases where a CB fight escalated into a murder. The last one was last year at the KY-TN I-75 rest area.
Jason's law that been trying to get passed unsuccessfully. Two young kids snuck up behind a driver and blew his brains out. Alot of good a gun would of done him. I have no problem with responsible gun ownership. The problem is there is too many lunatics that have them too. One incident of road rage and they are ready to kill you. The best defense is avoidance and be aware of your surroundings.

That's assuming the DA files charges and you are convicted on the charges...

Your guns have to be registered here to be legal and lots of guns legal in other states, are NOT legal here. Quoting CA legalese wont change that.

Look, friend, Calif. is NOT the state to get caught with an illegal gun in. If you think you can carry here openly or not, go right ahead. It's your jail sentence, not mine.

In CA the DA almost always files on gun cases. If they don't the DOJ still can. CA is not a gun friendly state. An out of state driver with a gun is a target the minute
They cross the border. Lots of liberals here hate guns so you do the math on if someone gets a conviction or not. CA prisons are the worst in the nation. Don't risk it.

Good advice on aviodance and surroundings.

One reason I don't use a CB is all the cussing and racism on that POS.

Don't need to hear that **** when I am trying to drive.

All I can say is know the laws from state to state. They differ and could spell trouble for you. I keep a large crowbar handy and its usually enough to deter anyone from starting trouble.
