There are no laws concerning hauling a "gun" in a commercial vehicle. If so, show it to me. I have haule Class A explosivise and had to carry a shotgun while running team. However. IL, WI, CA and OR will arrest you butt and throw you in jail, confiscate your weapon and fine you in the thousands for carrying.....
read all about it. Just because you get a CCW does not mean other states do or have to honor it. I am in VA, 30 states honor mine, 1 that doesnt is MD, which means I have to pack it in a locked box and the ammo in another box, both out of reach.

Can I carry a gun in my truck”is one of the most frequently asked questions we get. Here’s the truth: According to the U.S. Constitution, you have the right to bear arms and there’s no rule in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) prohibiting you from carrying a gun in your truck. But, depending on what state you’re driving in, you may not be able to legally carry a gun in your tractor. Remember, simply having a concealed gun permit in your home state doesn’t exempt you from all other state laws.
For example, say you have a valid permit to carry a gun in your home state. As long as you’re in your home state, it’s perfectly legal to carry your gun. But, once you leave your home state, your gun permit usually isn’t valid anywhere else. To make matters worse, not all states allow you to be in possession of a handgun at all and many consider carrying a gun a felony. Being convicted of a felony while operating a commercial vehicle will suspend your CDL for 12 months. Also, don’t forget to check with your company/lease company to see if they have a weapons policy. Violating an internal company policy can cost you your job regardless of whether you’ve violated a state law or not.

Dont forget when entering ports and other businesses they to may have weapons policies. The 2nd amendment does NOT protect you from state
    gun laws.

That has been proven over and over again. Get used to it.

If it did, we Californians would be packing 30 rd. AK-47'sand AR-15's which are banned by state law. Do NOT enter California with a 30 round capable assault weapon or you WILL be booked and jailed if cuaght. This is NOT a gun friendly state.

    Right........not.

I am a gun owner too. I know when and where you can do what with a gun and which counties are the best for gun owners. Not to worry, you wont be making a drop or pickup in one.

Fact: If you bring a gun into CA you are taking a BIG RISK as our current government is controlled by many gun-haters and they love making gun busts to show the public how safe they are.

Many police and sheriffs depts. will show you no mercy. This ain't Kansas here.

If you want to spend quality time with the Cripts and the Bloods you came to the right place. Hopefully they wont shank you when you are in prison.

Its your call. Don't say you were not warned. The juries will vote to convict, so you do the math.

Unload it AND the mags, break it down and lock it up if you are traveling through this hellhole state.
