Paper clip works too. That's what I use when I don't want to carry my wallet, like any place where getting mugged is higher than average. I keep an old drivers license in the clip and my current one in my wallet.

Today would have been a great day to have a clip! When every little thing that can go astray does and you are still smiling—it's a good day.

Except that one guy in the truck stop that asked me if I was driving the Knight truck! I am not, no offense please but that driver was having a very hard time getting out of his parking spot. He was going back and forth when I went into and out of the TS. Is it because I'm a girl?

I love this idea! We picked up some snow waterproof gear and it held up well... The tarp would have made the job so much easier.

    Yes.

Male drivers will look for ANY reason to talk to a female driver.

The first day my wife went out with me we got loaded at a meat packing plant and was told to "watch for the green light and then come in and get your bills". (I hate that) So I jumped in the bunk and she sat in the drivers's seat watching the dock lights in the mirror.

It was a beautiful sunny day. Other drivers kept stopping to ask her (i.e. Flirt with her) how long she'd been driving, etc. when I got up she said, "I could really get used to this ".

    Yes, you should.

However, there are a some drivers who still think women are not as good as men at driving. That's too bad. Everyone goes through a learning curve, but when it's a woman it gets noticed more.

I love driving. It is lots of fun still... The guys are nice and helpful.

I like the girls at the loves that work there. They are funny. I couldn't do that job. They probably feel like strippers the way the guys try to pick them up.

Maybe if I tucked a few dollars the service would get a little better.
