Why not use an air hose attached to your glad handle if you are going to blow out stuff from your cab? I'm a rookie and it's legit question. We use air hoses on vehicles used in the field where I used to work. These are vehicles used hard off road in the desert and are totally trashed. I imagine a truck won't get that exposure and you will end up with more dust getting in places you don't want it to get into. I'd choose a hand vac instead and a shop vac at the shop

This is barely adequate. Far better to carry an air line splice. I picked up a trailer with a cut on the air line that had been duct taped and 110+ psi was loudly leaking. Limped it to a TA because I didn't have a splice and had them put one in.

Re read my post its just a temp fix to get it fixed right in a safer area. The woman was right off the side of the road early morning around 1 am and she was alone and saw guys drinking across the street. Drunk guys and a pretty female broke down alone is not safe for her. Wrapping the hell out of the line with duct tape will last long enough to get you up the road.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

Look like you bring your room to the truck. I have cereal or oatmeal with dried fruits and nut for breakfast. Homemade granola and banana for lunch everyday. Dinner depend what I feel like. Spaghetti, salad, couscous and kale salad, noodle soup or beans soup. I do during my husband drive in 1/2 hrs before he done driving. I cook everything in rice cooker is very easy no rinse just need the technic. I have kale for my green coz more nutrition, cheap, and can keep up to 7 days and still green just pre wash cut in small and stuff much you can in small strong ziplock bag then keep in electric cooler. I also make dehydrated vegetable for my soup. I avoid process food and not too much meat. Eat more fiber, low carb, low sodium , less fat and less sweet. It's sound boring, right ! But I get use and keep me health on the road. Try eat fruits before meal to help you to eat less food. For my cloth only 3/3 week easy no fancy just clean and look professional. Ha ha ha who care I didn't work in the office and customer not see me every day only my husband.
    Drive safe and eat healthy.

    A quick update:

We had a great trip. We ran over 6000 miles. Glad to be hours from home now.

We were able to see our kid on our trip and she raided our fridge for some mama home cooking. Luckily we brought a lot of food with us.

Grabbed some NM hatch green chili at an Allsups... If you're from NM then you know I am in heaven. Kid already put in a request for green chicken enchiladas the next time we roll through there. Just freeze them and hold them for me.

Next time we are in Kansas or Oklahoma, we are going to pick up some Braums ice cream. This freezer has been fantastic.

This place is so tight with this fridge, I hope having it keeps me healthier!

Thank you all for your suggestions. We left the yard with almost everything we needed. Only had to buy soda and some snacks things (even though we have tons on the truck). We bought food out twice.

All in all a successful first outing!
