My lowly opinion, if I HAD to :
Pam, USA, PTL -
I need to get back to work drove for a auto trans co 18 mo went to a pretest on a 10 speed ..... anyhow with a buddy finally learning to shift better never learned well in in the driver training I got need to find a good co 18 mo experience NEVER NEVER latthey could not keep up with me .
Honest no b/s answers appreciated -
USA is an alright Company over all. Like any you get back what you put into them. You will be treated decently and if your attitude good, be flexible, you can do fine there.
USA though is a low paying Company, and maintenance tends to leave something to be desired. Pending which Terminal your at what kind of service you can expect. West Memphis being the worst of them all.
No matter what others may say, everyone is different. What one may think is Great, can be the worst for another. You get what you give at any of the Companies you may go to. -
i can speak for pam, well there is alot of changes with the new CEO. they keep you running at times but at the end of the day is not worth it. the start you off wit .26cpm - the .8cent per diem giving u .18cpm then the company takes 5% of ur check to pay back to the company ( why is company drivers paying to drive for the company) the equipment is all automatic. the trls aint that bad ant the terminal shops is a handfull if u ever have to use them do it on ur home time (b4 u head home for the day if ur by a terminal
