    They usually use sleeper equipped single axle trucks for the expedited teams. Otherwise, I suppose you could partition off a berth behind the seats, it would have to be of legal dimensions.

    The sprinter vans/cargo vans I have seen has a bed behind the seats. Then a makeshift wall, and load goes behind that.
