Panther Expedited Services, Inc. - Seville, Oh.?

I forgot to mention the recruiter told me that you stay out for three weeks at a time. I forgot to ask her what type of cargo we would transport. She told me panther does not lease trucks But they do have a company we could lease from not that we are interested in going that route again. We plan to purchase our truck out right.

 

Sooooo. If you have your own truck not leased through Panther then this would be a good move??

 

Or is this like everywhere else, where newbies get the crap loads and all the good loads got to their veteran drivers? My fiancé and I are really thinking about coming on as a straight truck team.
