I need to know the name of the paperwork (the original) that you receive form shippers, that tell you the amount they charge for the load. I qm not getting any from the company and they are giving me the run around saying they don't know what I am talking about. As we get paid on the percent of the load need to know who much that it is to see if they are paying right
paperwork you receiver from shippers

If your leased to a carrier... You will not be recieving the rate confirmation from the shipper. If you desire to see those, then you will have to go to the carrier your lease too and request to see it there in their office. By law, they have to show them to you.

It does not matter how you are paid you can request to see the rate being billed, most will tell you no and if you insist they will most likely terminate lease but they have to show you by law even a broker using an independent has to show the billed amount if requested.

As long as you're running percentage. Its in the green book.

What is the green book?

Federal regulation requiring carriers to open their books to contractors paid on a percentage basis.
