I go there for my apu service work etc., they give me a gate code and park over by the bays. If I lived near there I’d rent a space. Good people working in the shop.

To OP's original question I think cold calling and just asking is the way to go.
At my first company we could take a 10 at the Navaho yard in Denver and we always seemed to have a couple of Raider Express trucks spending the night at our yard too. -

East Texas is a vast area. Some more specific area might help other to send you in the right direction.
Having a secure parking spot a hundred miles away is not very convenient.
