I C bus came in, guy parks it and takes off. I go to move it and the parking brake wont release. Found out that you need to press the foot brake pedal to charge the parking brake valve. This does not seem correct to me. Im thinking the plumbing is wrong. Or am I wrong. Again.

Safety interlock, have to have the brake pedal pressed to release the parking brake.
