Parking On The Shoulder, 3 Dead

Broke down is different, but everybody on here bashing the truck driver for being there when he shouldn't have would still be bashing the truck driver if the SUV was on the shoulder just say playing with the monkey. Everybody seems to immediately blame the truck driver in every situation, even other truck drivers.

 

I'm not sure. I thought the reporter said Road Transportation. Maybe it was Rogue Transportation.

 

I just listened to reporter again, she did say Rogue Transportation LLC out of Oregon.

 

We really need to see a picture of this quotation mark truck driver quotation mark.

 

It's a sad situation all the way around. A mother grieving for her lost children and at the same time a husband dying with stage 4 cancer in the hospital.

A trucking owner with 7 trucks and 4 drivers trying to eke out a living, that will most likely be wiped out by this tragedy. His insurance will be cost prohibitive after the payouts are finalized.

I’m saying it’s 100% that truck drivers fault that those three people are dead

 

Plus imagine the comments if if it was a Swift truck taking a 10 hour break on a shoulder

 

So if he wasn’t parked like a dummy and they bounced off the guardrail and flipped and the same 3 people were dead who’s fault would it be then?
