Broke down is different, but everybody on here bashing the truck driver for being there when he shouldn't have would still be bashing the truck driver if the SUV was on the shoulder just say playing with the monkey. Everybody seems to immediately blame the truck driver in every situation, even other truck drivers.

It's a sad situation all the way around. A mother grieving for her lost children and at the same time a husband dying with stage 4 cancer in the hospital.
A trucking owner with 7 trucks and 4 drivers trying to eke out a living, that will most likely be wiped out by this tragedy. His insurance will be cost prohibitive after the payouts are finalized.Socal Xpress Thanks this. -
