Ok, I wasn't sure where you are parking it. I know back home one snow fall and that windshield would be covered for days without a cleaning.

This is what I'm trying out. They can be bought at several different national retail sources ...

Hey everyone- idk if it's okay to bump this old thread- but I have a related question.
My company recently added a long term storage spot for driver's personal vehicles. I parked my car there and had some battery troubles when I got home a couple days ago. Cat wouldn't start and was due for a new battery, so I put one in.. but I'm worried that being OTR for 3+ weeks at a time, I'm just going to come home to a dead battery needing a jump.
What do you all do in this situation? I was thinking I could disconnect the battery, to prevent drain. But I don't want to have to bug someone for a quick jump in case that doesn't work..
I also see there are little solar chargers mentioned in this thread (although that link is dead). Does anyone have experience with one of these?
I was also wondering if there is a small power box that could give me a quick/jump charge when needed? I'm sure there is
Any recommendations would be appreciated! In the past I always parked my car at a relatives house and just had someone run the car once a week. But I'd much rather have my vehicle gtg at the terminal- so I can use it occasionally when routed through my hometown. -
We had assigned spaces either, your bobtail or your personal vehicle. No RV’s. We were home every weekend so not to big a deal.

They work great and they charge quickly. I'd do the solar charger also. Should be all you need.
