Part of I-80 is expected to be closed most of the day on Friday due to crashes and weather.

Pretty soon they'll have close to 100% of the dumb driver population they require to make driverless trucks a necessity.

Just need one dude/dudette/it coherent enough to clean off the sensors on occasion but that could be done by the homeless bum beggar millennial with the newest iPhone and coolest Nikes hanging out/backpacking at the truck stop.

Between the wrecks. More or less. Since everything is ice there is no problem. Picture is one i use here regularly. Car was doing 70 passing us at 15 and 10 or so with lockers in. And whift! right off they go.

Luckily i checked before the 80/76 split.

 

Though west bound was free the whole way. I didn't want to take the chances of Wyoming turning the **** factor to 11. Though as to be expected i was keeping track of it and 60+mph winds on 80. I made the right choice.
