And the great benefit is... If it leaks, you can just go down there and talk to him about it. Up close and personal, express your dissatisfaction....

    Oxbow and Bret1984 Thank this.

Exactly! That's a big part of our pitch is that we are a local company that has been in business in the area for a long time.

Sorry, thought this was your out from trucking, not something you had been in a "long time" in a defined local area.

    Bret1984 Thanks this.

Then you will eventually sleep in the streets.. You put out effort to arrange something for someone and do not get a return in some form. Poor negotiator.

What kind of price and what type of longevity could someone expect for architectural shingles on a 2004 Freightliner Columbia condo? Can they maintain color and withstand pressure washing at a Blue Beacon?

I'm still not well versed on metal roofs just shingles so far. However your roof does seem like a good candidate for solar.

Based on the roofs I've seen so far af
It's not something that I have been doing for a long time but the company has been around for a long time. I'm a green bean but the others are not. The other guys have been doing it for years. When I say "we" I mean "we" collectively as a company have been around for a long time. When I use terms like "we" I mean "we" collectively as a company. Sort of like when that 25 year old recruiter tells you "we've been in business for 30 years" while pitching you a driver job.

Ah, so.... We and lets.. As in we will get rich, can't miss, and Let's do this, since you have the money.

Obviously there's a learning curve. I didn't know anything about trucking when I got my first driving job and didn't make much money my first year but over time I was able to figure it out and over time I was able to improve my situation. Same applies everywhere. The thing is though I've capped out in trucking. I'm fully qualified for all of the top paying trucking jobs. So now I know exactly how much I can expect to make and what I have to do to make it. The problem is I'm not going to be able to make any more than that. So I'm pretty much maxed out having achieved all that I can achieve behind the wheel of a tractor. So how do I continue my forward momentum and not stagnate? Maybe when I'm 60 I'll be at a place where I'm content just staying there but until then I don't want to become stagnant. I don't want to be the old trucker still making what he was making 20 years ago sitting around the truck stop complaining how it ain't like it used to be. Even though it is for the most part.
