I'm jealous; always wanted a place on Sanibel Island.
Since you have a class B, probably can find work through a temp service.
If you can upgrade to Class A, then do that also, because Class A can still drive Class B trucks.

I'd settled on St. Augustine or Palm Coast at one time and looked at some nice condos.
Finally moved from Tennessee to Nevada.

 

Some guy and his wife that live in either Illinois or Michigan started a trucking company; fast & fancy trucks. Can't remember his name, maybe @Ridgeline knows. Anyway, they bought a place on Sanibel. Seems like he said a hurricane dug a ditch across the whole island. Do you know it that was repaired or if the islanders just let nature take care of it?

 

Maybe it was Captiva.
