It sounds as if you're leaning toward hauling it regardless. It's your decision but most of the advice given here says you shouldn't until you're 100% in the clear.

You know I hauled this load that required the skull and crossbones for the first time awhile ago, been doing hazmat for 12 years.

Don't forget your up to date emergency response guide within easy reach along with the itemized hazmat paperwork. DOT like to check on this in an inspection.

Some more advice,,,
If hauling hazmat and you get pulled in, only hand over the BOL nothing else! If the DOT officer ask for the weight ticket go ahead hand that over too. But never hand over your dispatch paperwork or anything else. Because if one thing does not match such as quantity, UNnumber etc. your screwed.CruzControhl Thanks this. -
