It sounds as if you're leaning toward hauling it regardless. It's your decision but most of the advice given here says you shouldn't until you're 100% in the clear.

Let me guess... your dispatcher probably said it's ok for you to haul it...

The only dumb question is the one that didn’t get asked. At least that’s what I heard.

You know I hauled this load that required the skull and crossbones for the first time awhile ago, been doing hazmat for 12 years.

But anyway, when I looked it up and read the info in the ERG, I was going "Wow, this is some really F up stuff."

Don't forget your up to date emergency response guide within easy reach along with the itemized hazmat paperwork. DOT like to check on this in an inspection.

Once upon a time there were two bulls on a hill, an older one and a young one. The young bull says “Hey lets run down the hill and...”

    Some more advice,,,
If hauling hazmat and you get pulled in, only hand over the BOL nothing else! If the DOT officer ask for the weight ticket go ahead hand that over too. But never hand over your dispatch paperwork or anything else. Because if one thing does not match such as quantity, UNnumber etc. your screwed.

    CruzControhl Thanks this.

No way!!! Don’t touch it until everything is completely updated and current! You are opening yourself up to a huge problem

Cover your own ###. Wait for the endorsement to get printed on your license. No ifs and or buts about it.
