    Hope to see you out there. Ill be the guy with a high and tight and dark shades with a goatee.....Yeah I know, thats probably gonna be more then one. I believe my bus is scheduled to get in around 530am local time Sunday. Thats the only time I can get from my terminal.

    I know you all probably see it a lot, new to the industry, says all the right things, or does everything right and then washes out within the first year. I really hope I am not one of them. I hope I am able to stick it out at TMC with the same dedication that Ive had for the past several years at my last job.

    Congrats and job well done. Working for TMC is hard work. When I was a flatbedder starting out I would BS with TMC drivers from time to time. All were very good bunch of folks. Nice thing is you will get home on the weekends. Pay attention to EVERYTHING your trainer is going to show you on driving and especially load securement. Safety with them is #1 as it should be. The founder from what I was told is a retired Marine so pay attention to detail and don't walk on the grass at the training facility. Pack plenty of extra clothes because securing loads in the summer you will sweat right through your clothes (I'm not kidding). Overall you will learn to secure loads and tarp them very professionally.
