Yes sir. Mr. Peters. He used to own Peters Transport. Sold out to Star Bulk in New Braunfels to retire and restore Pete cabovers. My god father drove for him for 15years. He’s a good guy.

 

Yea. Thats awesome. I used to park a truck there when I drove for a shady ex boss. I live up NW of SA, so I haven't been past there in over a year. I wanna see that green CO he was workin on.

 

Yes sir. That man is an an old school type that believed his guys were working with him and not for him. He’s the kinda guy you wanna know.

 

Some of the stories he's told me from his days of truckin. I bet he was a good guy to run for.

 

Thats so sad on the shady. The guys I know out here are really decent hands cause they work/drive just as hard as the guys working for/with them. They all have large yards were you could park and work on truck and leave it there unlocked and not have worry.
However, There are a few that have come out here within the last 10 or so that I do not know enough about to comment.

Yep. Back in the 70’s thru about ‘85 before Tri-mac and Scherminn came down here there were 2 great pneumatic tank lines. (Quality Service Tank Lines off Toepperwein rd. and I-35 and Imperial Tank I-10 and 410 next to the Pilot.) Both family owned and top notch. My god father and all those guys came out of that.
