    I have delivered frozen food to shoprite stores in linden.....never driven a truck in NYC.

    You made the right move. I was all set to go to Winsors but the tank company I wanted to work for didn't acknowledge Winsors, only S&S. That place was brutal. I'd drive an hour and a half there in the morning just to stand around the yard for 8 hours and get to do 2 quick backing maneuvers a day. Then drive the hour and a half back home. I didn't see the road until 3 weeks before my test date and only went out 4 times. The place was a joke. All that and I ended up going with a different company. Go figure.

    Man sorry to hear that but that's exactly why I didn't go there.i did my school in 3 1/2 weeks and I got a lot of yard time everyday since I did my permit before I started. So I was driving in the second day. Going out on the road was something else altogether but at least they have a working simulator which I used a lot. S&S has loads of people there for months on end
