    man do i feel good....passed the cdl permit test today and now onto the training!! going with a small private company and the owner is going to do an "apprenticeship" with him company and then let me use one of his trucks for the road test. to everyone that posts here thanks for updates and advice....i can say it has worked so far in my case so thank you again(and yes i do read all the good and bad posts)

    Congratulations brother!! It does feel great when you get that permit; when you knock that CDL pre-trip/skills/road test/whatever else out of the park you'll walk away with your head a little bit higher and smile a little bit bigger.
