Passenger that uses CBD, is it legal for them to bring it?

Drugs use is ignorance. I don’t care how folks justify drug use these days.PTSD… so taking a mind altering drug helps with dealing with stress… got it…. Sounds something from the VA. No thanks don’t need drugs as a crutch for life. Just cause liberal state governments love a drugged voting base doesn’t justify using drugs. Man, weren’t y’all in the D.A.R.E. Program!? Go to their website, drug use is a cause for suicide and mental issues, drugs don’t fix problems, just cover them up temporarily.

 

In my post #13, I linked to an article about case law coming out of the 9th Circuit. I have been looking to see if there is a nationwide injunction in place and so far can't find any mention. So as far as I can tell Delta-8 is legal per case law in ONLY the 9th Circuit.

The primary thing as far as general legality goes, it is basically these days a state issue because generally the Feds are no longer attempting to enforce 21 CFR 1308.11 as it relates to THC products. THIS DOES NOT mean it is OK for people covered by the DOT testing to consume THC.

I know, I have been advised to stay away from anything that can trigger a positive. Heck, I have been advised to be careful about taking something as simple as Benadryl because it can cause a false positive for TCA. Generally speaking, the VA doesn't like TCAs.

Three wars and doing Bomb disposal on IED’s. I know nothing of stress… alcohol and drugs are not the answer. Justifying drug use as our country is in a drug epidemic makes zero sense. But as you said I’m ignorant.. if I can work on nuclear weapons, I guess I am..However, I am not the one asking about having drugs on a commercial vehicle that may or may not cross state lines.
