You asked for advice. You got advice. You didn't like the advice and you didn't like the way it was given.
Does that about sum up your introduction to TTR?
Dial it down a couple of notches and don't be so condescending. These guys are actually trying to help you.
Listen to what they have to say and if you don't like or can't use the advice just say thankyou and move along.
Or hang around...your choice entirely. But if you get in people's faces who are taking their time to help you I'll show you the door.

I read an article that said out of 80,000 (don’t remember the time frame) failed drug tests..40,000 blamed it on CBD use.

Perhaps carrier’s should have it as a banned substance in their company policy.

Okay so let’s break down delta-8 shall we? .3% thc content federally legal and legal in all but 4 states meaning going from let’s say KY-TN it IS legal to bring delta-8. Ignorant does not mean unintelligent if you can’t differentiate the two you have proven my point. To your comment about me not knowing it isn’t ignorance I know I can’t but FMCSA doesn’t speak on passengers. Just because YOU SPECIFICALLY do not need it does not mean others don’t. But hey weed is bad but killing a 30 pack in a weekend is A okay

Show me the door. Arrogant responses merit a response. Asking for advice and being told I need to dump someone is ignorant and childish and you saying they are helping? I gladly replied positively to some. But to have someone arrogantly respond when it in no ways answers the question or add to the topic is irrelevant and ignorant. If allowing one person to be rude and expecting another to just take it is your expectations then I don’t need to be here. People are here to learn not be talked down to about choices and questions.

My biggest deal is it isn’t me using it I am clean(hair follicle test to show!) it’s my fiancé that uses it is an alternative to her original marijuana prescription so she isn’t breaking any laws in my home state :) I couldn’t find any info in the FMCSA about passengers!

Oversight on my part! “Banned” vs “illegal” you are 100% correct but my route doesn’t take me through any of those states! That’s what confuses me about a passenger possessing and using it!

You can posses it and use it yourself as well as your passengers.

It’s just highly recommended that you don’t use it. As a wise teacher always told me “Think smart, not hard”

Again it isn’t me using it I don’t like the stuff(tried it 1 time at 16 and freaked out). It’s my fiancé using it. I just know weigh stations do random searches and didn’t know if her having it would pose any major issues at a weigh station.

I understood in your op that it wasn’t you using it.
But the fact that you could if you wanted then obviously your passenger could also.

They only do searches if you look sketchy and give them a reason to. You open the door and a crack pipe falls out you’ll be getting searched, lol.
