Hemp delta 8 Thc is federally legal.
A rider can have it in their system and possession.
We could have it in our possession but we cannot have thc in our system.

Op said he does not use it. He wanted to know about possessing it. He did not ask if he could use it. His question was basically is it legal to possess. The answer is yes.

 

I’m not understanding why you feel the need to argue. That’s what you are trying to do. To be honest the legality of it needed to be discussed with the misinformation that was mentioned.

Everyone knows we can’t have thc in our system. People still do it but that’s their choice.

 

You are the driver, it's in your assigned truck, therefore you are in possession of it. You are asking for trouble.
